Refund policy

 

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. 

 

We do not provide return labels, customers are responsible for their own shipping. Postage charges for the return or exchange of an item will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, postage charges will be reimbursed along with the refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@anisasojka.com. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift Card
The electronic voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
The voucher code expires 12 months after the date of purchase.
The voucher may only be redeemed on products offered by AnisaSojka.com.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the gift certificate’s value.
Terms and conditions of this certificate are subject to change and are available on our website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are not refundable.
